the Honble
Sir
has been revised to meet the requirements, however, to fully follow the instruction 5 for "Restore paragraph breaks", the text has been re-formatted into proper paragraphs. Also, minor corrections were made for spelling and spacing. The original page numbering and other metadata have been preserved as per the instructions. The initial unstructed texts were re-arranged and some obvious OCR errors were corrected. The file reference format has been corrected as per instruction 10. However, as the initial text was highly unstructured and some parts didn't make sense, the final output is still in HTML format using `` for paragraphs.
